Rental conditions
- Length of stay

7-night stays, from one Saturday to the next. Arrival from 5 pm, departure at 10 am on Saturday morning, unless agreed otherwise with the owner.
Staying on after the departure time means the security deposit is forfeited in full.
- Payment

The price is set for 7 nights. The booking is confirmed once you have returned a signed copy of the contract and paid a deposit of 30% of the price, excluding tourist tax.
The balance and the security deposit are due on the day the keys are handed over.
- Security deposit

€1,000 on arrival, by cheque or in cash. It is returned when you leave, after the inventory check.
In case of loss or damage, the cost of repair or replacement is deducted. If the deposit is not enough, the tenant pays the difference on presentation of proof.
- Cancellation

If the tenant cancels, for any reason (accident, illness, force majeure or unforeseen event), the sums already paid are kept. The same applies if the tenant does not turn up on the agreed day.
If the stay is cut short, the rental price remains due. The owner is not responsible for guests' transport and will not refund anything if they cannot reach the property, whatever the reason.
- Cleaning and linen

End-of-stay cleaning and household linen (bed sheets and bath towels) are included in the price.
- Use of the property

8 people maximum, adults and children. Subletting and transfer are not allowed without the owner's prior agreement. People outside the booking are not admitted unless the owner agrees.
Pets are not allowed: their presence ends the contract immediately, with no refund or compensation. Please respect the neighbours' peace, especially after 11 pm.
